Tim’s Narrative – Note 11

Jennifer admits in the July trial that she was employed for approximately 2 months while living in Tim’s house, although she falsely denies he helped her get that job.  (Apparently it was another COINCIDENCE that the only job she ever had in Clarksville was the same company Tim worked for.)  She admits she was fired from that job.  The following is from Bernie’s cross-examination of Jennifer:

Even though the firing did limit her income back to child support and food stamps, she at least had $900 of the child support money to pay the first installment of March rent.  She did not pay March rent at any time, which caused the eviction discussion of March 11, 2009.  Jennifer called the police on Tim one week later, March 18, 2009.
