Jennifer is testifying that she was already attending Draughn’s in Clarksville at the time of her move to Clarksville in September of 2008. This testimony indicates she had attended a summer semester, passed, and enrolled for the fall semester.
This testimony changes in the October trial to Jennifer claiming she never passed the summer session.
