This very important July testimony of Jennifer Astle details her confirmation of a PLAN she made in Summer of 2008 with Tim for the conditions of move to and financing of Tim’s rental property.  This is a continuation of her cross-examination in the July trial by Bernie:

Jennifer changed her testimony in October to saying that the understanding with Tim was that she would pay him what she could, and that she would never have to move out of the house for non-payment of rent.  She also denied in October that she made a plan with Tim prior to the move that involved her going to school and getting a job.
In the October trial Bernie failed to outline to the jury the above agreement in any detail.
